Editorial Succession at Circulation Research
Dear colleagues,
My term as Editor in Chief of Circulation Research will expire on June 30, 2009, at which time I will have served ten years in that position. It is my sincere pleasure to announce that Roberto Bolli, MD has been selected as my successor. Roberto, who is Chief of Cardiology and Vice Chairman of Medicine at the University of Louisville, has served the AHA with distinction in a number of key leadership roles, including a ten year tenure as Associate Editor of Circulation Research. The journal could not be in finer hands as it aspires to become an ever more attractive venue for the publication of mechanistically-oriented cardiovascular science and translational medicine.
Warm regards,
Eduardo Marbán, MD, PhD
